What is Bandabling’s return policy?
 
We proudly stand by the quality of Bandabling bandanas.  Bandabling offers a 7 day grace period from the time you receive your order.  If you are dissatisfied, an exchange is gladly accepted for a new Bandabling of your choice of equal cost.  A restocking fee of 20% of the cost of the order is applied and all shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  Only new Bandablings with the tag still attached will be exchanged.  We recommend shipping with UPS so that a tracking number is available if your return is lost or stolen.

What are the shipping rates?

All Bandabling orders are shipped UPS + a $3.00 handling fee. To conserve resources and be environment friendly, every attempt is made to ship Bandabling bandanas with the least amount of paper and packaging.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AS SOON AS EACH HANDMADE BANDABLING CAN BE PRODUCED.

What Type of quality can I expect from Bandabling bandanas?

It is our mission to provide the highest quality materials that can be found while also providing the most fashionable bandana designs in the marketplace.  Bandabling bandanas are made from thick 68x68 thread count, 100% "Green"cotton fabrics. They are trimmed with high quality grosgrain ribbon, satin ribbon and jacquard decorator quality trim.  About 98% of our materials are made in America and some are imported from India for style purposes.  Our Bandascots are made with corduroy , velvet and wool that is used in the garment industry. All products are made, packed and shipped here in America. We recommend care in washing because of the elaborate embellishments but Bandabling bandanas have been well tested.  They have stood up to multiple washings and the applique's and monograms are applied with a 375 degree heat iron.  Every Bandabling is hand sewn, hand appliqued and hand snapped as orders are placed.

Are the Bandablings safe for my pet to wear?

Although Bandablings are trimmed with beautiful embellishments and trims, they are safe and comfortable for your pet to wear.  Bandablings are secured with our Signature Snap Closure for extra comfort and adjustable sizing. Adjustable snaps were chosen not just for aesthetic reasons but because they were more durable then Velcro and did not come undone the way tie bandanas do.  Your pet won’t loose a Bandabling bandana.  Cats and dogs both tested all styles of Bandablings.  The Bandablings were not fussy, cumbersome or uncomfortable for them to wear.   The charms are sewn securely in place.  The 3 cat bandanas in the Cat Walk Collection were the favorites among the kitties and are most recommended.

What sizes are available?

Because Bandablings have adjustable snaps, a perfect fit is easy to find.  The following chart is an approximate guideline:

Petite: Pet neck size up to 10”
Small: Pet neck size up to 14”
Medium: Pet neck size up to 20”
Large: Pet neck size up to 25"

X-Large: Pet neck size up to 27 " (limited styles)
